Formulation Scientist I

CuriRx, Inc is seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. The Formulation Scientist I/II is responsible for independently creating and implementing drug formulation development strategies for lyophilized, injectable, and oral dosages for biologics and pharmaceuticals, including generics and biosimilars. Develop new technologies, processes, and product formulations for injectable and oral dosage forms of pharmaceuticals and biologics. Projects include new product development, current product improvement, and ingredient evaluation.

Design and conduct pre-formulation studies, formulation development, process development, process optimization, scale up and manufacturing, and solving complex problems. Design and develop new analytical methodologies. Candidate will effectively communicate results to internal and external clients.

Process Scientist I/II – Upstream

CuriRx, Inc is seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded individual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. The process scientist is responsible for independently creating and implementing upstream development strategies for biologics derived from both eukaryotic and prokaryotic cell lines. For the right candidate, this position offers the opportunity to make visible contributions to a variety of projects while interacting with a knowledgeable and dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Business Development (Sales and Marketing)

CuriRx is seeking an ambitious go-getter with top notch communication skills and a desire to jump start a Business Development (Sales and Marketing) career at a fast-growing CRO/CDMO in the hot Boston biopharma industry. The Business Development (Sales and Marketing) role, will work closely with the CEO on all levels of a Business Development – Sales and marketing support, including market research, forecasting, writing proposals, and building relationships with clients and prospective clients. The right candidate will be a quick-thinking fast learner who is not afraid of going above and beyond the job description.

Cell Line Development Scientist

CuriRx, Inc is seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. The Cell Line Development Scientist is responsible for producing cell lines that express clinical grade therapeutic proteins and viral vectors for Cell and Gene Therapies. The candidate will perform literature search about the newest trend and technology in Cell and Gene Therapy development, majorly focused on finding a way to make stable inducible host cells line to product viral vectors.

Quality Manager

CuriRx, Inc is seeking an experienced, career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing and ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner. The QC/QA manager oversees continuous improvement by enforcing quality standards and conducting risk assessments. The right candidate will focus on improving internal and external customer experiences while streamlining operations through process improvements, identification of synergies, and evaluation of internal controls and deployment of tools/systems.

Quality Assurance Lead

CuriRx, Inc is seeking an experienced, career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork . The QA Lead primary responsibility includes applying expertise and knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing (cGMP) Practices daily. Understand and ensure all cGMP requirements and regulations are met for all aspects of analysis and production. The QA lead will be responsible for developing and ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner. The QA lead will oversee continuous improvement by enforcing quality standards and conducting risk assessments

Research and Development Associate

The Research and Development Associate is a hands-on position that will require the candidate to contribute to all aspects of advanced analytical tools, and a range of other analytical instrumentation and biologic drug formulation development, including drug candidate screening, analytical method development, pre-formulation, formulation development, compatibility, and stability studies. The candidate will participate in developing new analytical methods, performing analytical test, creating and implementing drug formulation development strategies for injectables, stable liquid or stable lyophilized biologics and pharmaceuticals, including generics and biosimilars. Candidate will effectively communicate results to group, department, and inter-department meetings.

Associate Director of Analytical Development/ Mass Spectrometry

CuriRx, Inc is seeking an experienced bioanalytical chemist that is highly motivated to work in a science-focused, collaborative, and integrated organization. The incumbent will be responsible for method development and characterization of complex biologics, peptides, small molecules, generic, and brand products (which may include injectables, oral solids and liquids, drug delivery systems, thin films, topical, and drug/device combination products in various stages of development, contributing to both research/discovery and clinical development projects. The incumbent will also be responsible for

  • Leading analytical method development, transfer of analytical research methodology into development and GMP, and analytical method technology transfer to and from partners.
  • Directing laboratory studies using DOE approaches, analyze, interpret, and present experimental data, and carefully document resultant information.
  • Working cross-functionally with the other functional teams.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in or lead initiatives and project teams.
